This was a major Demolition project for CBRE of Leeds, which required our asbestos removal expertise.
Our role was remove all the Notifiable Asbestos, this was mainly high level pipework, from scaffold and the removal of Asbestos panels from the main office block.
This was a 26 week contract, which was completed on budget and within the contract period

This is a phased contact for a Blue Chip Company.
The client is redeveloping their headquarters site in Bradford. We have successfully completed the first 3 phases of asbestos removal.
The work was varied in it nature from small toilets, large warehouse ceiling and large boiler houses.
All the work had to be completed around operational requirements of the client , ensuring minimum disruption to the smooth running of the Headquarters.
Queens Road Dental Care, Barnsley.
We were approached by the client to help them remove Asbestos from the basement of their property.
After negotiations with client a plan was agreed requiring out of hours removal.
The surgery closed at mid day enabling us to undertake asbestos removal over night, allowing the surgery to reopen next morning – keeping the clients business and patients happy.
